The most stable of all web hosting options, the dedicated servers distributed by Merlin Internet Services are laden with different website hosting CP alternatives: (a) Hepsia (with the Debian Linux Operating System exclusively; cost-free; unmetered hosted Top Level Domains; one web hosting account login; no dedicated server root access; our suggestion number 1 on the basis of the inclusion of the avant-garde Domain Manager – not present by default in any other CP on the whole marketplace); (b) DirectAdmin (as a gift); (c) cPanel (a monthly price included). Both DirectAdmin and cPanel arrive with CentOS only; unmetered hosted domains; need another user account login for domain name, invoicing transaction and customer support ticket administration procedures; full server root access. All dedicated servers are available solely in the United States data center.

Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia CP is a standard tool only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is provided at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered TLDs in a single account. This is accomplishable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager menu. The other hosting CP setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable solely with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must have 2 separate user accounts. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/administration options. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no Control Panel opportunity.

Hosted Domains ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your domains under one single web hosting account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP interfaces do not supply such function at all - there is no Domain Manager platform and as a consequence they necessitate TWO different hosting user accounts: one domain name management/billing/support account and one web site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).

OS (Operating System) ³ - you will notice that the Hepsia hosting CP is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin Control Panel interfaces operate solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
